Riad Tizwa captivated me from the moment I arrived. The intricate tiling and vibrant colors in the common areas felt like stepping into a Moroccan dream. My room was cozy and spacious, particularly with its lovely terrace view. Housekeeping was attentive. I appreciated that the room was cleaned daily and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The breakfast on the rooftop was a treat with fresh breads and jams, and I could linger as long as I liked. Zouhair, the manager, took the time to explain the medina's layout, which was incredibly helpful for navigating the busy streets. However, climbing to my room involved quite a few stairs, which might be challenging for some. The bathroom had a slight sewage odor at times, making it less comfortable to use. Still, the staff's warmth and hospitality made it a memorable trip.

Staying here was a dream! The beautiful, cozy rooms and the rooftop breakfasts were unforgettable. The hosts provided excellent assistance with everything, from tours to delightful meals. A perfect location, just a quick walk from the medina, made exploring easy and enjoyable. I can't wait to return for more unforgettable moments!

The room I stayed in was quite dark, lacking sufficient illumination. This made it hard to relax or read comfortably during the evenings. Additionally, the staircases to the upper levels were quite daunting, especially for someone not used to many steps. I felt a bit isolated and uneasy navigating my way back down at night.

Reaching room number 4 requires climbing 50 steps, which could be challenging for some. While the environment-friendly laundry on the terrace reflects sustainability, it may be off-putting for guests looking to use the space fully. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection struggled to reach the rooms.

What a pity this riad couldn't manage better basics. the sewage smell from the bathroom was absolutely horrifying, and the bed was more like a torture device, defintely not luxury! I had expected some complimentary treats for enduring these issues, but apparently, they think all guests are the same. Couldn't recommend, so disappointed.

Friendly staff provided tips, and I loved outdoor dining, but room needs better Wi-Fi.

This place was a nice choice for my short stay in Fes with a great value-to-price ratio. Enjoyed chilling on the rooftop with the amazing view while sipping tea. Watch your step if you're not used to climbing lots of stairs.

The Riad is very nicely designed , with a beautiful terrace offering a lovely view. The manager, Mariame, ensures a seamless experience , making you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Breakfast is delightful and can be enjoyed on the terrace , adding to the relaxing...  

Staff, especially Miriam, were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was a highlight served in the courtyard, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommend it for its quaint charm and hospitality....
